•  Check Eligibility and Benefits 
•  Bill charges to primary, secondary and/or tertiary insurance by paper or electronic claims
• We follow all claims through the aged process until desired status is achieved
• Post payments from insurance companies and patients. 
• Check clearinghouse for rejections or denials
• follow up on denied claims by contacting insurances via phone or internet to check claim status
• sending medical records and medical necessity documentation to insurance companies for pending or denied claims
• patient calls (soft collections): calling to collect amount owed or make a payment arrangement
